Aquarius Casino Resort Murder Defendants Reportedly Fail To Show Up for Court

Two defendants both supercharged in a July dispatch at Nevada’s Aquarius Casino Resort allegedly failed to bout upwards for a scheduled judicature appearing cobbler's last week. The hearing was rescheduled for Feb. 24 in Laughlin, Nev. Justice Court.

Neither Julio Ceasar Arrezola Rodriguez, 47, nor Jacques Louis David Cruz, 45, appeared either inward mortal or by the net for the scheduled hearing, Mohave Valley Daily News, a local newspaper, reported. Both are come out on bond.

Their attorneys and lawyers from the territory attorney’s office staff both showed upward at Laughlin Justice Margaret Court lowest week. Justice of the Peace Pro Tem Kyle Morrison Waite chose to go along the prelim hearing.

Each of the defendants is charged with undecided murder.

The death took set during a July 30 fight at Aquarius the Water Bearer Casino. The scrimmage started as a verbal argument. It grew into a physical face-off on the Laughlin casino’s gaming floor.

Violent Death

The two suspects allegedly hit, kicked, and stomped on Alejo Jack Areyan after he drop to the earth and and so remained motionless. Areyan kept on getting beaten, constabulary said.

Areyan’s injuries left wing him unconscious. He later succumbed to the injuries, according to the Daily News. He was pronounced dead at Western genus Arizona Regional Medical Center in Bullhead City. An postmortem examination concluded Areyan died from frank strength head word trauma. The Mohave County medical examiner’s office staff said his expiry was a homicide.

Cruz was remanded into custody on Aug. 26. Rodriguez was arrested on Nov. 18. Cruz’s $250,000 bail was posted on Sept. 21. Rodriguez was released on bail bond on or before Dec. 2. The amount of his bail was non directly available.

Even though Laughlin is some 75 miles south-east of Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Metro Police get jurisdiction over the city. LVMPD detectives handled the homicide investigation.

Relatives of Victim Angry Cruz Released

The fact that the royal court allow Cruz out on bail maddened the victim’s relatives shoemaker's last year.
