The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has announced its intention to offset online gambling casino manipulator DGV Entertainment’s licence, citing numerous regulation infringements.
DGV was found to feature breached regulation 3(1)(b), past flunk to pay its €25,000 ($25,524) licence fee for 2021. The MGA confirmed this fee is noneffervescent outstanding.
DGV was also found to have got breached regulating 3(1)(a), past failing to make up the regulator applicable share fees, amounting to €10,333, within the timeframe stipulated inward the gaming licence fees regulations.
Additionally, DGV was found to have got infringed Article 41(2)(a) of the Gaming Authorisations and Compliance Directive, past weakness to state audited financial statements for the full point natural covering January 2020 to December 2020 within the specified 180-day timeframe.
Finally, DGV is said to have breached Article 41(1) of the Directive, failing to bow lag financial statements for the full stop natural covering 1 January 2021 and 30 June 2021 by the 30 Aug deadline.
