Okada capital of the Philippines Founder Kazuo Okada has refuted allegations that he staged an “illegal and wild invasion” of the casino amid an ongoing dispute.

In 2017, the Japanese man of affairs was ousted from his positions as CEO and Chairman of Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment Inc (TRLEI) due to accusations of financial mismanagement.

He denied these claims and fought a sound take exception that led to the Supreme Margaret Court of the Philippine Islands issuing a position quo ante say (SQAO) before this year, reinstating Okada.

In June, reports emerged that he, attended by local law officers, had entered the casino on 31 May and taken physical control, removing Director Hajime Tokuda past force.

However, inward a lengthy statement, Okada has at present denied that his takeover was violent, and farther refuted bribery allegations.

Calling himself “Daddy O,” the businessman said he, alongside Dindo Espeleta, court of law enforcement officers, PAGCOR officials and law officers went to Okada Manila to apply the SQAO.

They negotiated with Tokuda, presenting the Supreme Court’s decision and proceeded with “peaceful discussions.”

Tokuda so surrendered his ID and left hand the conference room, said Okada, but when his lawyers arrived, “they by design yelled and made it seem as if we were violent, advisedly making it seem as if in that respect was a dispute.”

“After some time, Mr Tokuda together with his lawyers and other ousted directors transferred to the Golden Ballroom,” wrote Kazuo Okada.

“After existence asked several times past Okada security measures to peacefully leave the ballroom, Mr Tokuda and his associates rebelled and stayed inwards the ballroom.

“Okada security, inwards accordance of rights with Okada Security Department Standard Operating Procedure and Security Induction Training, physically carried Mr Tokuda come out of the dance hall to the parking area.”

In his statement, Okada also announced that Espeleta has been named Vice Chairman patch Antonio O. Cojuangco has been named President of Okada Manila until his return to the Philippines.
