Intoxicated Woman Refuses to Leave Rivers Casino, Allegedly Kicks Two Officers
A drunk female person was arrested too soon Saturday after she allegedly kicked two police officers at Illinois’ Rivers Casino.
Stephanie Neff, 38, of Lake inward the Hills, Ill. was charged with II counts of aggravated assault and battery to a repose officer, provoked assault to a pacification officer, and resisting a pacification officer, according to Patch.
She appeared at a recent homage audience and was released from custody.
Refused to Leave
The incident began when Neff was trying to come in Rivers Casino Des Plaines at near 1 a.m. Security guards said she was too intoxicated to be granted memory access to the property. She refused to go forth and argued with the guards.
Guards asked Neff to allow the edifice several times. Eventually, the guards called the local constabulary department.
Officers came to the gaming property. They found Neff and surety guards on the complex’s tertiary story.

The ship's officer pushed her out and Neff once more approached the officer. Neff allegedly assaulted the ship's officer inward his arms.
A struggle took place. Officers tried to lay her handcuffs on her but she refused to pose her arms behind her back, according to Patch.

She was brought below check and taken to a nearby constabulary car. Officers got her into the rearward seat.
At that point, she kicked both a police sergeant and the same officer whom she previously assaulted, police force said.
After she was subdued, she was driven to Des Plaines Police Department headquarters.
