Metropolitan Gaming Limited has completed the acquisition of the European and African cassino businesses of Caesars Entertainment.

Metropolitan Gaming, an investiture company entirely owned by Silver Point Washington and its affiliates, completed the transaction on 16 July 2021. It now owns and operates casinos inwards 11 locations across the UK and Africa, including Leicester Square’s Empire Casino.
