Following more than 25 years of growth, gaming and entertainment company NagaCorp is initiating a reshuffle within the management of the Group

Following more than 25 years of growth, gaming and amusement fellowship NagaCorp is initiating a reshuffling within the management of the Group.

The Board of Directors has made several changes, such as moving Dr Chen from the attitude of Chief Executive Officer to Senior Chief Executive Officer. This testament come up into set up as of 5 April 2022.

In addition, Mr subgenus Chen Yiy Fon, a son of the founder, and currently standing as an Executive Director of the Company testament live made Chief Executive Officer, for trading operations of the company.  Mr subgenus Chen Cherchi, once more a boy of the Founder will live moved from Managing Director of Finance and Operations to Chief Executive Officer for Finance and Treasury. Founder's son, Mr subgenus Chen Yiy Hwuan, is to be decreed as Chief Executive Officer for Hotels of the company.

Current Director of Washington Investment and Corporate Finance, Mr Cheung Billie Jean Moffitt King Man is to live made Chief Financial Officer.

And finally, Mr Tan Sean Czoon testament run from Chief Financial Officer for the society to Chief Financial Officer of the Founder’s Office. As with the initial mention, all of these positions come in into force as of 5 Apr 2022.

The Group will go along to follow led by the founder. And unitedly with the other senior management, he testament put to work unitedly on the Group’s plans for development.

Mr. Timothy Saint Patrick McNally shall continue his role as Chairman of the Company, whilst Mr Prince Philip Robert E. Lee Wai Tuck stays as Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company and Mr. Mike Ngai Wai Yip remains as Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) activities of the Group will remain under the steering of Mr. Chen Yepern as Managing Director inward the CEO Cabinet.
