Oklahoma’s Hard Rock Casino Lot Site of Gunfire by Heavily Armed Felon, Cops Reveal

A “heavily armed” man was arrested Saturday at Oklahoma’s Hard John Rock Hotel and Casino inwards Catoosa after firing several shots inwards a parking lot, local police force proclaimed this weekend. He had in his possession an AR-15 rifle, trine other firearms, and a “great trade of ammunition,” cops add.

By the time he surrendered, bullets struck a cassino van and a gaming holding sign, KOTV, a local TV station reported. The van’s frame, seats, tires, and windscreen were all damaged, the write up adds. Shots were also fired at a local golf game course. Still, no ace was injured.

He was identified as St. David Temple, 35, of Arkansas, and police said he was a convicted felon, KOTV said. Authorities also allege he had alcohol, cash, and suspected illegal drugs inward his possession.

Arrested on Eight Charges

He was arrested on the following charges: whitlow in ownership of a firearm, malicious hurt to property, reckless carry on with a firearm, pointing a firearm, employ of a vehicle inwards the expelling of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication, and transporting an open nursing bottle or container of liquor, according to online pokey records. Temple initially showed upwards at the parking lot at almost 9:30 am Saturday because it is the land site of a charging station, law said. He required to recharge his Tesla.
