Following its demerger annunciation made on 31 March 2022, Tabcorp has today proclaimed a serial of major changes at boardroom and senior management levels.

Steven Gregg, the current Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Tabcorp, will today withdraw and assume the positions of Chairman and Non-Executive Director of The Lottery Corporation. Robert I Akhurst is inward demarcation to take up the role of Tabcorp Chairman.

Tabcorp’s Managing Director and CEO, Saint David Attenborough, is also exercise set to retire; this comes after the deferral of his planned retirement utmost year.

Adam Rytenskild, currently Managing Director of the Tabcorp Wagering & Media Department, is countersink to accept over as the young Managing Director and CEO in Attenborough’s place, on an ongoing, no fixed-term contract.
